The subscription becomes active as soon as you receive your activation information in your email.

We strive to provide you with high-level service at very reduced rates. So keep this in mind first of all. If a channel is down, we will do our best to put it back in service.

Please follow the guidelines below before reporting a channel:

  • Stop and give it a few minutes. We reboot and swap channels as needed. The channel may come back.
  • Is this happening on all channels? If so, you should check on your side.
  • Restart your devices and wait 30 seconds before turning them back on (decoders, Android boxes, routers, cable modems, etc.)
  • Make sure you are using a LAN (Ethernet) cable to connect to devices instead of via Wifi.
